Company History

AUSA was formed in 1988 and grew into a premier provider of information management services. A company focus on "Service First" allowed AUSA to grow from a small 5,000 square foot facility to 110,000 square feet in Carrollton, Texas and another 36,000 square feet in Tyler, Texas.

ISCC purchased AUSA in 2008 and has expanded the products, enhanced the security and provided the deep resources of a national provider of professional information management services.

Local Leadership

AUSA's ownership group understands the importance of local leaders having the ability to make decisions regarding the provision of service to their clients. When you call AUSA, the phone rings in Texas and is answered by an AUSA professional. Calls centers in faraway lands and electronic operators are not a part our "Service First" philosophy.

Richard Henderson is ISCC's Chief Operating Officer. Since ISCC's corporate headquarters is co-located with AUSA he also serves as the AUSA General Manager. Richard has prior experience as the Director of Operations at DocuData Solutions, a General Manager at GRM Information Management and the Director of North American Operations at Recall. Richard is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
